Introducing Kambujaya Residences, a limited boutique collection of 15 linkhouses, tucked away peacefully in the midst of greenery, located on the outskirts of Phnom Penh (Chbar Ampov).

Uniquely designed, our three-story 4-bedroom and 4-bath homes have taken the best aspects of the traditional Cambodian linkhouse and incorporated functional and spacious living areas to tailor to the needs of the modern Phnom Penh family.

Both our Type M (5mx17m) and Type L (6mx20m) offer unique and life-enriching features such as open plan living with ample natural lighting, secured 7m deep front driveway, wide-open functional backyard spaces (3-6m deep), and modern equipped kitchens/bathrooms.
